Cancellation, Deposit & Membership Policy

Deposits

•⁠ ⁠All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
•⁠ ⁠Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, treatment, service, or appointment unless agreed by management.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

•⁠ ⁠We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
•⁠ ⁠Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit, which will not be refunded or credited.
•⁠ ⁠Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will also result in the loss of the deposit and will require a new deposit before booking future appointments.
•⁠ ⁠Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Purchases

•⁠ ⁠All memberships are purchased for the specific treatments, services, or benefits outlined in the membership agreement.
•⁠ ⁠Members have a 48-hour cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a cancellation or exchange of their membership.

Non-Refundable Memberships

•⁠ ⁠After 48 hours from the date of purchase, memberships become non-refundable and non-transferable.
•⁠ ⁠If you change your mind after the 48-hour cooling-off period, you will not be entitled to a refund.
•⁠ ⁠Memberships must be used for the treatment(s) originally purchased and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or converted to other treatments, services, products, or cash equivalents.

Membership Expiry

•⁠ ⁠All memberships are subject to an expiry date, which will be specified at the time of purchase.
•⁠ ⁠Membership treatments and benefits must be used within the stated membership period.
•⁠ ⁠Any unused treatments, sessions, credits, or benefits remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or exchanged.
•⁠ ⁠It is the member’s responsibility to book and attend appointments within the membership validity period.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership or booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with the cancellation, deposit, or membership policies may affect future booking privileges.
