Booking requests and marketing
When you send a booking request or enquiry through our website, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, your preferred way to be contacted, your preferred days or times, and the treatment, package and price you selected.
Why we use it: to respond to your request and arrange your consultation, patch test and treatment. We do this because you have asked us to, as a step before providing our services.
Marketing: we only send you offers and news by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you tick the marketing box on our form, or have otherwise given us permission. The box is optional and unticked, and not ticking it does not affect your booking. We keep a record of when you gave consent.
Changing your mind: you can withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying STOP to an SMS or WhatsApp message, or emailing bookings@ndskin.co.uk.
How long we keep it: we keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your request and our client records, and marketing details until you withdraw your consent.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing bookings@ndskin.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
